Tammy Richmond
Social Service Director
Hello Everyone, I am Tammy Richmond. I began my employment at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in 1995. I became Social Service Director/Admission Coordinator in 1997.
I have lived in Hillsboro most of my adult life. My parents were Jim and Marie Nicol. My husband Terry and I have been married for 28 years. We are the parents of two children. Ty, 23, recently finished four years in the U.S. Navy and is currently a college student, and Chelsea, 19, is currently a C.N.A. and is part of the MNRC family.
I know MNRC is the best when it comes to quality care. I have had several family members here including my mother-in-law who is one of the many success stories from our Rehab, Recover, Return Home program.
I know that placing a loved on in a long/short-term care facility isn't an easy decision. But sometimes it in the most caring decision you can make. We provide understanding as well as information to help families make the best decision for them and their loved ones in the easiest manner possible. Because of our outstanding nursing and rehabilitation program many of our residents are able to recover and return home. Our reliable administration team will continue to be there to ensure that this outstanding quality of care continues!
I have many different roles here at MNRC. A few of my duties include assisting residents and their families through the transition phase from home or hospital to MNRC and often back home.
MNRC staff works together so closely that we are like one big family. This camaraderie enables us to continually provide quality care. We truly are "The Home With Heart!"
