Hello, my name is Carla Vonder Haar.
I began my employment at Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in
July of 2001 as the Director of Nursing and I advanced to the administrator position in
the fall of 2002. I feel truly blessed to lead such a great team.
Our facility is truly unique in that the department managers have all been here for a long time. We are all committed to providing the best care possible.
I have had many family members as residents at Montgomery Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. I feel that my own personal experience enables me to truly empathize with our residents and their families.
