Hello once again! How fast the time goes by. Before we know it Christmas will be upon us. I do like the cooler weather.

I would like to welcome all of our new admissions and hope your stay at Montgomery is a pleasant one. We are planning lots of fun things for everyone this fall and hope that our new friends and families can come join us.

Doris Renfro, Environmental Services Manager, celebrated her 30 year anniversary here at Montgomery in August. What an accomplishment! I am so honored to lead such a team of dedicated professionals. We truly are unique in that you do not often find such stable management in healthcare. We also are blessed to have such wonderful owners. Montgomery Nursing & Rehab was purchased by John Rothert, Terry Dooling, and Dave Kamler approximately 15 years ago. These three guys truly care about the quality of care that we deliver. I am always amazed at their generosity. They put money back into the facility to make it a nice home. You don’t always find this with other owners. I am grateful to work for such caring individuals.

As always, I encourage you to call me or stop by anytime you have concerns, questions, or just need to talk. I understand that it is not always easy to have a loved one in a facility. I too have had loved ones here. I will come in on weekends or in the evening to meet with you, just give me a call and we can set a time.
