Hello! My name is Cindi Paden and I am
the Activity Director here at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, The
Home with Heart. I have worked at MNRC for over three years.
I started out in Nursing as a Certified Nurses Aid then in Social Services doing
transports and now Activity Director. I absolutely love working here.
We have a great group of people who believe in teamwork, giving quality care,
and most of all sharing the love. The Home with Heart that is exactly what
we are.
To share a little bit about myself. I live in Hillsboro about four minutes from work. I am a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro. There I serve as a deacon and in the helps ministry. I tape the Sunday service for channel 99 on cable. I love serving the Lord and I recommend getting to know HIM to everyone. I have a daughter Jen Weiss, who also works here at MNRC as the Administrative Assistant. I also have a son-in-law, Matt Weiss and a grandbaby, Colton Joshua Weiss who is the cutes baby in the whole world. Just ask me about him, I'll be more than happy to share! Grandbabies are Awesome! I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful and loving family.
Grandbabies are definitely awesome but do you know what else is awesome? The residents here at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! It is truly the people we care for that make our jobs a pleasure. Especially when we see them enjoying Activities! We are here to provide your loved one with an ongoing program of activities that will not only appeal to his or her interests but enhance their highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well being. My Activity Assistants, Kelly Mullen, Pam Jones, and I have some new and exciting activities planned for this season that I am sure will be great for one and all.
